This is the second time we have ordered from Japa and the service and flowers have been outstanding. Very quick service and love that the flowers are hand delivered from a local shop. I ordered these flowers for my daughter and they were absolutely beautiful, delivered quickly and efficiently. I had requested eucalyptus as this is a particular favourite of my daughter???s and was so pleased that this had been included. She was so delighted with them so thank you very much. Loved the handwritten note too. Would highly recommend.

Great service! I had forgotten to order some flowers for my fianc?? for International Women's Day and ordered with Japa. Not only did they deliver within hours, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. And they didn't charge any ridiculously high delivery charges for same-day service! I sent flowers to my daughter, who was studying in Spain, for her birthday. I tried another well known flower delivery website, and a local florist, but neither were able to help. Even though there was a small human error that could have happened with anyone, I was impressed with the reaction shown by the staff and the dedication from Bruna, I was offered a complimentary bouquet to make it up and it went all well. Absolutely recommended! Shipped flowers to Seville from USA. There was a hang up in payment (my banks fault) and the flower company notified me and we rectified the prolem fast enough to get flowers deliver that afternoon, on time. Bouquet looked wonderful and the recepient commented on how nice the flower delivery guy was. Will be using them again most certainly.

Good delivery Valentines Day. Lovely flowers. But did not get 5 stars because the message was cut short and filled in with a pen! Rather disappointed as spent a lot of money and attention to detail obviously did not matter to the florist. Spelling was wrong as well.
