The flowers arrived upside down and a few flowers were dying. My daughter felt that the flowers might have been in the van overnight. They definitely were not extra special for arriving a day late. We are very disappointed as this is at least the third time that I have sent flowers this way and it was not at all the standard we had experienced before. Altogether I am not at all satisfied.
