Your website was clear and easy to use. Your same day delivery was excellent! I was a bit disappointed with how small the bouquet was though. As a florist myself, I felt it could have had more lilies. To be fair, these might be more expensive in Spain than the Uk. I was delighted how prompt they were delivered. Thank you. Ordered 8pm on Saturday for delivery on Monday as it was stated only orders after 2pm could be delivered same day. The shop called up and spoke to my wife first thing Monday to apologise they couldn't deliver on the Saturday which I knew wasn't possible. Good customer service delivered on the Monday - not seen the flowers but by all accounts very nice. Will be recommending and using the service again.
