Monday I received a message it would be later as the florist was awaiting fresh flowers (fair enough. Tuesday noon I complained (again) and finally Tuesday pm the flowers were delivered. Flowers and chocs looked great but for &euro;51 I would expect a far better service!

The delivery and presentation were absolutely fantastic (and on time). My mom was so impressed. She said the whole thing was so well done, the attention to detail was amazing. I sent flowers, chocolates, wine and balloons, and they wrapped the chocolates and wine in little bags matching the color of the flower arrangement. Really gorgeous. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there were only 2 balloons (1 foil, 1 latex) sent with the arrangement, and it was supposed to be 4 balloons total ("Balloon Bouquet - 1 Foil Theme Balloon + 3 Latex Balloons. Extra Latex Balloons 6 euros each. Extra Foil Balloons - Plain 10 euros each"). The Balloon bouquets cost $40+, so it came out to $20/balloon. Not a redo. Overall, great experience and will definitely use them again. My sister used 1800 flowers to also send flowers to my mom, and for the same bouquet price, hers was not nearly as nice nor well presented (plus no options for chocolates, etc). Pedi un ramo, chocolates, vino y gobos. Mi madre recibio todo a mediodia (pedi manana, asi q perfecto), y me dijo q todo era precioso. Envolvieron el ramo, la botella y los chocolates con papel y bolsitas de colores a juego con el ramo, vamos todos los detalles muy a punto. Mi unica queja es q debian de entregar 4 globos y solo entregaron 2, y por $40+ q valen el "ramo de globos", pues la verdad es q salieron los 2 globos muy caros. Pero en general, una experiencia super buena, y pedire por ellos la proxima vez tambien (pero sin globos!). My hermana tambien envio flores a mi madre por 1800flowers, y el ramo no fue tan bonito (por el mismo precio) ni tan bien presentado. Ademas, no tenia opcion de enviar chocolates ni nada. Direct2Florist, soys geniales!!!

It was very unexpected to receive an email re time of delivery, I had asked for an early slot, and was amazed to get an explanation as to why it was not possible, and an assurance they they would be delivered asap. Brilliant service.
