The flowers arrived upside down and a few flowers were dying. My daughter felt that the flowers might have been in the van overnight. They definitely were not extra special for arriving a day late. We are very disappointed as this is at least the third time that I have sent flowers this way and it was not at all the standard we had experienced before. Altogether I am not at all satisfied. I’ve sent two different bouquets to different people in Spain over last week or so . Completely stunning, fresh and totally identical to what I’d requested from pictures on line . Recipients were over the moon and flowers are still fresh and vibrant. Delivered on time early in the day on both occasions. Orders were fulfilled by Flores en la Web . I’ve used them before and would thoroughly recommend the whole process. Flower delivery is so expensive now, so you want it to be right. Every order I’ve made ( there has been a lot !) I’ve never been disappointed. Well worth it.

I didnt realise that there were three hotels of the same name in the same area and Id given the wrong hotel! Most important: the flowers were absolutely beautiful. They were delivered at the right time and to the right place. Unfortunately, there was a minor hitch: the note attached was mixed up with that from someone else's order. After this was pointed out, the florist delivered the correct note with some nice chocolates to my friend the next day to make up for their error.

They live in an apartment and have found deliveries to be left down stairs for them. They were over the moon that the lady brought them up to her door. The sunflowers that I ordered were not delivered but an alternative bouquet and they were delivered 5 days late on the Wednesday instead of the Friday before!!! The florist that I dealt with was very helpful and apologetic but I have yet to receive my 50% refund I was disappointed as it missed the recipients birthday and sunflowers are her favourite!!

The flowers delivered were cheap and did not resemble the flowers I ordered at all. If the florist cannot deliver the product as it is advertised, they need to contact the buyer and let them know their options. I am really angry. I ordered pink bouquet of roses and gerber daisies and they delivered yellow and white carnations and some cheap wildflower. It is a shame the review can't show pictures so you can see that no attention was paid to what was ordered.

I have ordered "Meadow Fresh". I expected flowers to be of the same colour and the same type as on the picture. The was an essential concept - bright bouquet. But unfortunately the florist used lily, moreover of another colour. The concept of bouquet has changed. I expected the bouquet to be bright with yellow and blue and white colours, but it was pale. If I knew about such essential replacement of flowers I would choose another one.

Ordering was easy. The flowers were a gift for my Step Mother's birthdays it was important to me to be perfect. The florist tastefully selected blooms which made up a beautiful bouquet which were very much appreciated. The florists customer service was exemplary (as un be known to me the properties had been re numbered and they had trouble finding the address). They phoned my mobile in England , contacts in Spain and emailed me to ensure they could deliver on the day to the correct house. Best customer service I have ever known . Definitely recommend them for their beautiful flower arrangements and customer care.

Amount of roses was less than what I would get in any flower shop I've been to before. The color of the wrapping over the flower was confirmed several times and was very important due to some sentimental reasons, yet after all of that it came in regular wrapping. The florist should speak at least a little bit of English (Or more appropriately, have someone call from your end) so it was a whole lot of confusion and not worth it at the end. It is sad as it isn't my first purchase but it is just too bad and I was so disappointed when I saw the flowers at my best friend's store reopening (Set aside, as another cheaper bouquet sent was way way bigger and more beautiful.) They didn't deliver the flowers on the day I wanted ie my mums birthday. The flowers were left at a depot - not even delivered to her home 2 days late and they were dried out and some flowers were damaged. The bouquet as a whole was poor for a £60 bunch of flowers which would be £10 at a petrol station.

I am only saying "good" as I was really disappointed with the flowers which were delivered - my niece(who was the recipient) sent me a photograph of them and I thought that the bouquet was a lot smaller than the one shown on the website. The selection of flowers in it was a lot less too. She thought they were "lovely" when I would have expected her to say "beautiful". So therefore not altogether happy with the experience.
