This is the second time we have ordered from Japa and the service and flowers have been outstanding. Very quick service and love that the flowers are hand delivered from a local shop. Huge choice of flower bouquets and arrangements to choose from and special requests are welcomed. Highly recommend.

I ordered these flowers for my daughter and they were absolutely beautiful, delivered quickly and efficiently. I had requested eucalyptus as this is a particular favourite of my daughters and was so pleased that this had been included. She was so delighted with them so thank you very much. Loved the handwritten note too. Would highly recommend.

Great service! I had forgotten to order some flowers for my fianc for International Women's Day and ordered with Japa. Not only did they deliver within hours, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. And they didn't charge any ridiculously high delivery charges for same-day service! I highly recommend and will be using their services again in the future! THANK YOU!!!

I sent flowers to my daughter, who was studying in Spain, for her birthday. I tried another well known flower delivery website, and a local florist, but neither were able to help. I found Direst2Florist but wss not familiar with them, and although I was leary, I placed my order. SUCCESS! The online order was easy and the flowers were delivered on time! Our daughter received the flowers and teddy bear right on time at her dorm. We had asked them to be delivered at 3:00, and the florist was great in meeting that request. Flowers were great, though seemed rather expensive (but I don't know much about florists and such) but I also had a personal note included and it was hand written, which would have been really cool, except that a fair portion of it was copied incorrectly from what I provided.

Even though there was a small human error that could have happened with anyone, I was impressed with the reaction shown by the staff and the dedication from Bruna, I was offered a complimentary bouquet to make it up and it went all well. Absolutely recommended! Shipped flowers to Seville from USA. There was a hang up in payment (my banks fault) and the flower company notified me and we rectified the prolem fast enough to get flowers deliver that afternoon, on time. Bouquet looked wonderful and the recepient commented on how nice the flower delivery guy was. Will be using them again most certainly.

Good delivery Valentines Day. Lovely flowers. But did not get 5 stars because the message was cut short and filled in with a pen! Rather disappointed as spent a lot of money and attention to detail obviously did not matter to the florist. Spelling was wrong as well.
