Excellent! Ordered online from this florist for the first time, as they were located close to where my parents have moved to. I left the arrangement up to them and from the photos my Mum sent me, the flowers looked gorgeous. The florist called me to say they were not able to deliver to my parents at the time but had left the arrangement with a neighbour. The whole experience was professional throughout and I won’t have any hesitation in using them again. Thank you

I placed the order for my flowers late on 28th September and they were delivered the next morning. My friend loved the flowers & wine so I was very impressed with the service. It's a question of trust that the end product will live up to the stated standard which from my experience doesn't always happen. My mother recently moved to Spain and so I thought it would be nice to treat her to some nice flowers for mother's day. She told me that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen and it brought a tear to her eyes!! The only tiny issue was that they arrived slightly late. I chose the option to have them delivered in the morning as she was going out in the afternoon, but they arrived shortly after 12 but as she was so pleased with them, I have to call this service excellent really!!
