I placed 2 orders on Monday evening - one for which the flowers were delivered the following morning, the other for which I received a personal apology by e-mail on Tuesday evening explaining they wouldn't be delivered until the Wednesday. All in all, an impressive and first class service for which I am grateful.

Although I was upset that my flowers were not delivered on the day requested (due to a holiday in spain) the company were great at communicating with me and delivered the next day. Perhaps putting something on the website with the national holidays would allow people to maybe have them delivered a day earlier.

Although unable to deliver on the day requested (due to Easter holidays) the florist was quick to contact me and make alternative arrangements even providing a free vase as a consolation for the early delivery. I have been advised by the recipient that the flowers are beautiful, well arranged and with a lovely stron scent, which is great as I left the choice to the florist. Well done and I will use you again in the future.

The florist was unable to deliver the flowers at the requested time due to a national holiday however they were kind enough to provide chocolates with the flowers at no charge. The florist emailed me that they would not be able to deliver and asked if they can deliver earlier rather than later. This was much appreciated. The flowers were not exactly those on the photo (Fresh & Funky) however they were pretty close. Overall my girlfriend loves the flowers and the florist provided the thrilling experience. I thank Direct2florist for their service.
